Shipping and Delivery

– Physical Product Orders: 

Are shipped Monday-Friday or the next business day. We do not ship on weekends, post office holidays, or official U.S Holidays. Orders are shipped via the cheapest carrier. We use standard shipping rates with no extra charges or fees. Each order comes with tracking and $100 insurance.

 

– Digital Orders:

Your download will start immediately after purchase, and an email will be sent after purchase with the download/details. You can also access your download within your account. Downloads are set to unlimited, but expire within 48 hours of purchase. Please check your spam if you don’t see it right away.

*Note it’s best to download the file on desktop. The file is a zip file, which has several files in it to save on download space. Apple and Android devices can only open zip files with either the Apple “Files” app or for Android, “Google Drive”.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the digital nature of our instruction products, all sales are final.

For physical products we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

If your product arrived damaged, please get in touch and we’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier. Photos must be provided of the damaged packaging and product to receive a refund. We are not responsible for shipping carrier damage or lost items once it leaves our business.

 

FAQ

How fast will my product order ship? We ship the same or next business day, unless it’s a national U.S holiday or the post office is closed. We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Import duties, Taxes, and other customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping price. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the country importing the products. For more information on your country’s customs and import fee check with your local customs office. We do and will not falsify duty forms.

Instruction files will be available immediately to download once you purchase the digital product. You can also check your email/spam to see if it arrived in your inbox in the order details. You can also check your account if you signed up for one. All download links expire within 48 hours for security purposes.

Files are best opened by using a desktop computer. The filetype is a zip file to compress the included files. Zip files are supported by Apple and Android phones, they require separate apps to use. Bricklink also doesn’t currently have a mobile site yet, so I strongly recommend opening the zip file on your desktop and opening the zip file that way.

When downloading a digital product from our website, you’re given a one time, uniquely generated URL to download your file. Because these files need to remain secure, the limit is 48 hours to download.

Because the file is compressed into a “zip” file to save on space when downloading. For this reason, most phones don’t natively support zip files. We recommend downloading files to your desktop for easier access.

We have a Bricklink store where you can buy LEGO pieces from. We may not always have the ones you’re looking for in stock, but BrickLink provides a wide variety of stores from their marketplace to buy parts from.
